RETURNS & REFUNDS

Products are sold on a sale, no return basis. However, if you mistakenly ordered a product, we typically accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are returned to us in perfect, resalable condition. Damaged products during transit may also be returned for a replacement or refund, as long as you notify us of the damage within 3 working days of delivery.

For returns due to ordering errors, we will process your refund promptly upon receiving the products in flawless condition. The refund will cover the full product price, excluding the initial shipping cost (this is the cost of the shipping charged to us, not what you have paid at checkout), and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.  We will not be liable for any damage or loss during return transit, this will need to be covered by you in the return shipping.

If you are returning a product for reasons other than an ordering error (e.g., claiming a defective product), we will assess the returned item and inform you of the replacement or refund status via email within a reasonable timeframe.  Generally, we aim to process the replacement or refund as soon as possible, within 5 working days of confirming your entitlement to a refund for a defective product. In such cases, a refund will encompass the full product price and the delivery charges. Additionally, we will arrange collection of the item, so you do not have to cover this cost. 

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method initially used for the purchase.
