TERMS & CONDITIONS



1. All orders  will be despatched within 24hours of receiving order( Subject to stock availability ) .

We will attemp to depatch the same day ,any orders received before 11am(GMT)

All orders sent within the UK are sent by First class recorded delivery / Special delivery  or, in the case of orders containing cleanser, by courier


Orders outside of the UK will be sent by First class post or International signed for .


2 . Full payment must be received before goods can be despatched


3 .All prices quoted are in inclusive except for postage where applicable. Please be aware, however that for orders going outside of the UK you may be required to pay additional taxes according to your countries import/tax  laws. You ( the  customer )  ,not Nails International are responsible for paying  these charges should they be levied .


4. No minimum orders


5  Cleanser cannot be sent outside of the UK due to it's content. This items has to be sent by          carrier within the UK at a cost of £13 for orders under £100


6. Goods are not returnable unless faulty

   

 In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge, or we will offer a full refund.  The faulty goods must be returned, to enable us to claim off our supplier or couriers. 


Faulty goods must be reported to us within 7 working days.  If we are not informed within this period a refund will not be given.


7 If you have any issues upon delivery such as damaged ,missing or incorrect items these MUST be reported to us within 7 days of order date (10 if outside UK)

8. Cancellations - We accept cancellations up to the point of despatch. Cancellations must be made by  email and from the same e mail address that was given on the order. If payment has already been taken then there will be  5% deducted from refund to cover admin and card processing charges


9. Goods are subject to availability and any item, which is out of stock but where payment has been received, will be sent as soon as the item becomes available.  If you are not happy with the backorder and would like to cancel or have a replacement we will do this for you. All back orders are sent out at no additional postage costs


10 Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
